Return Policy
We hope you LOVE everything you order from us; however if something does not work out, we are here to help! Review the guidelines below and contact us at [info@jennarationboutique.com] if you have any questions. (please allow 2 business days for a response)
RETURN GUIDELINES:
★ For defective/damaged item claims: contact us via email within 3 days of delivery date with your name, order number, and photos of the damages.
★ Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached.
★ Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
★ Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date received for online credit only - you will receive a notice via email informing you of your credit. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. If your item is received later than 14 days your item will not be accepted and a credit will NOT be issued. In this case, the item can be returned to you at the your expense. You will not be notified by us. Items that are sent back that are ineligible for return will only be held for 60 days, and then donated.
★ If Redo returns coverage is purchased at checkout then return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
★ ALL sale items, deal of the day items, markdowns, bralettes, jewelry, purses, accessories, bodysuits, swimwear, gifts, gift cards, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE.
★ Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.
★ SHOES: Must be returned in un-damaged box (box within a separate shipping package)
★ LOCAL PICKUP: We CANNOT accept returns at local pickup! ZERO exceptions! All returns MUST be mailed back to 2401 Clements Rd, Cottondale, AL 35453. Your 14 day return timeline begins the day your order is fulfilled/ready for pickup. If you don’t pick it up for 5 days, you’ll only have 9 days to mail it back to be eligible for the return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

3. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
