HOW DO I SHOP?
Make sure you have an account with us if you're new -- this way we can add items to your cart! After that just click the account link and the item(s) you added to cart will either appear in your CART or on your WAITLIST!
If it's in your cart you'll have 30 minutes to pay! If not paid within that time frame, the items will drop to the next person waiting in line! Buy or cry!
If on your waitlist it means the item is currently sold out or in someone else's cart! You can preauthorize your card for a particular item to better your chances of getting it when it comes back in stock! If it's restocked you will receive an email letting you know!
CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?
No, due to our super fast shipping there's no way for us to alter/change/cancel orders once they've been placed.
DO YOU HAVE AN APP?
YES! It's the easiest shopping experience EVER! You'll get a notification every time a new arrival is posted. Narrow your search to only show in-stock items, by category, by size, etc! Live videos are also SO much easier to watch/shop via the app, and you can even see previously shown items by clicking the "shop" button when we are live!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING / HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
We have $3 flat rate shipping! Then any order you place after that for 24 hours ship FREE! So say you placed an order at 8AM today, you could place 3 more orders until 8AM the following day and you'd pay $0 for shipping on those! What a DEAL! Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to leave our warehouse, and 3-7 business days to receive your order from USPS.

WHEN DO NEW ARRIVALS POST?
We post new arrivals every single day at 7AM, 12PM, 2PM, 6PM, and 8PM central timezone! New arrivals post to Facebook + the app at the exact same time!

YES! We go live all the time with even more new arrivals -- just keep an eye out because we will let you know beforehand!

WILL _____ BE RESTOCKED?
A number of factors go into our restocks -- how many are still in stock, vendor availability, etc! We do restocks all the time, but some items we are unable to restock. If we get a restock in, the items will go first to those who are preauthorized then they will go down the line of the waitlist!
CAN I PICK UP IN STORE?
No! All online orders ship directly from our warehouse. Our storefront in Northport operates as a completely separate entity! But they are open Mon-Sat 10:00-6:00 if you're local and want to shop in store merchandise!
