• For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date.
• Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Returns are accepted within 14 days of your receipt for store credit only - you will receive an online gift card via email. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.
• ALL sale items, leggings, shoes, scarves, bralettes and jewelry are FINAL SALE.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Jennaration.
• Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.
• If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

2. Include your slip that arrived in your package with your return.
3. Mail the return to the address on the slip included with your order.
